BDS is one of the most sought-after courses in the medical field. Some of the prospects under BDS are opportunities in industries manufacturing oral care products and research departments under Central and State Governments. A Student should have completed plus two with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics as the core subjects and should have cleared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination (NEET) conducted by National Testing Agency with sufficient cut-off marks.

The full-fledged libraries equip the students with the necessary knowledge and facts. IGIDS provides separate hostel facilities for both gents and ladies. IGIDS is also giving scholarships to students by recognizing their talents and excellence.
