The undergraduate dental training program leading to a BDS degree (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) is through four and a half academic years from the date of commencement of the course with a compulsory rotatory internship for one year. During this period, the students shall be required to engage in full-time study at a Dental College recognized or approved by the Dental Council of India.
During the first four and half years of undergraduate courses, the instruction in clinical subjects should be at least two and a half years. The annual intake of this institution is 100. Our College is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, Kerala, and recognized by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi.
